Reservations which are not completed at the end of the booking process will be automatically cancelled.
A valid e-mail address and a valid credit card are required. Applicable cards: JALCARD, American Express, Diners, JCB, MasterCard, VISA.
If the credit card holder is a part of traveling party, the credit card used to pay for tickets purchased through www.tw.jal.com must be presented by the card holder at check-in.
If the credit card holder is not a part of traveling party, a copy of identity proof of the credit card holder and the copy of the credit card using which ticket has been issued, must be presented by the traveling party at check-in.
Travel for unaccompanied minors cannot be booked through www.tw.jal.com.
All charges will be in the local currency of the country of departure.
Cancellations will be subject to a refund service charge or a cancellation penalty in accordance with the fare rules, whichever is higher.
Through this service, we accept reservations on JAL Group flights only.
As the eligible sectors may vary with the fare basis, please confirm the fare rules.
This service is available up to 100 Hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight.
The online reservation and purchasing will not be available during Chinese New Year (February 12th ~ 21st). For details, please contact Taipei Reservation Center in advance.
