The valid Class J-e Coupons exchanged from Upgrade Points can be returned to Upgrade Points at any time. It will be very easy to upgrade with Class J-e Coupons, when seats are available on classJ at the airport on the day of departure!

How to exchange Upgrade Points to 'Class J-e Coupon's
Log in the JAL Website. Exchange the required points to Class J-e Coupons. Make reservations on the phone in advance or at the airport on the day of departure.
2 Upgrade points can be exchanged to 1 Class J-e Coupon per sector.

*The valid Class J-e Coupons exchanged from Upgrade Points can be returned to Upgrade Points at any time.

How to use 'Class J-e Coupon'
In advance
On the phone in advance: At the JAL Mileage Bank center of your membership registration (on the phone) *It is not acceptable to make reservation at the JAL Mileage Bank center in Japan.
1.Reservation on Class J 2.With the issued tickets for the standard class
Application at the airport: It is possible to exchange Upgrade Points to Class J-e Coupons at the airport on the day of departure.

At the airport on the day of departure
When a seat on Class J is available
Check-in at the counter with Class J ·Class J-e Coupons can be used by the JMB member him/herself, member's spouse and applicable relatives specified in the JMB rules. When persons other than the member him/herself are using the Coupons, they must be accompanied by the member upon check in at the airport on the day of departure and the member must present his/her JMB membership card.
