After the achievement of your FLY ON status, every time you earn an additional 10,000 FLY ON Points in the previous year, we will add 2 Upgrade Points to your account. (For JMB SAPPHIRE and JMB CRYSTAL member, 2 Upgrade Points will be added every 10,000 FLY ON Points or 10 flights in the previous year.)

Upgrade Points expire on March 31st of the following year(onboard basis).

Required points for Upgrade are different depending on the route and the boarding class.
*2points are required for each domestic sector.

Upgrade to First class on domestic routes or Premium Economy on international routes is not applicable.
Upgrade from Premium Economy to Executive class is applicable for international routes.
The sector between Kona - Honolulu is not acceptable.

For international flights, the next higher class of service would be applicable.
For Japan domestic flights, "class J" shall be booked after Upgrade Points are exchanged for Class J-e Coupons in advance.
