Notes for using hotel coupons
 
*With one hotel coupon, you can stay in a standard twin room(single or double room) at any one of hotels listed in the chart for one night on a complimentary basis. (For one or two persons per room)
•  Hotel Coupon is not applicable for Room types other than above.
•  In order to use this coupon, you must make reservations through the nearest JAL office. For JAL Hotels in Japan, you can also book directly with the hotel. At the time of making reservations, please advise that you will be using this coupon. For hotels outside Japan, reservations must be made at least 3 days before your check-in date and for hotels in Japan, by 17:00 the day before.At the time of making reservation, please advise that you will be using this coupon.
•  In case of any cancellation or change to the check-in date, please contact the place where the reservation was originally made by 16:00 (local time) one day before your check-in date . Otherwise, the coupon must be returned to JAL.
•  Please present this coupon when you check in at the hotel. If you fail to do so, the accommodation fee will be charged to you.
•  The hotel coupon is valid only for the period of stay that is specified on the front of the coupon to be sent to you.
•  The hotel coupon is transferable only to eligible persons as defined in the JMB Handbook "Rules & Conditions"
•  This coupon cannot be refunded for cash or exchanged into mileage. JAL will not be liable for its theft, loss or damage.
•  Please note that the eligible hotels are subject to change without advance notice.
•  Depending on hotels, rooms may not be available due to blackout dates or limited availability.
